Hayley Bayliss hair was established in 2013 in my home office. My business goal was to help women feel beautiful and empowered inside and out. Hairdressing isn’t just a job. its a craft. a passion and a lifestyle. When a women goes to a salon they don’t only trust you to do their hair, they are trusting you to keep there secrets, hate their ex, cheer them on like a best friend, build them up and send them into the world feeling like the absolute queen they deserve to be. Your hairdresser is the best friend you didn’t know you needed unit you sit in her chair. There is nothing else in this world i could imagine doing i was born to do hair and to encourage women that anything is possible.. as long as they haven’t used box dye!
